Arc Mug Press

The Arc Multi-function Mug Press is a revolutionary sublimation heat press that features an improved lever mechanism that provides even pressure along the surface of cylindrical substrates, thus resulting in an even image transfer. In addition, standard options are expanded to allow production of a wider variety of substrates including 1.5 oz. Shot Glasses, 12 oz. Enamel Camper Mugs, 12 and 17 oz. cone-shaped latte mugs. Swapping out heating elements is very easy!

The secret behind the improved pressure application is the pressure lever and the angle at which the lever travels when applying pressure to the substrate. In standard mug presses, the lever travels in a strict horizontal path resulting in an uneven surface pressure. This can cause undesirable results stemming from wrinkles in the transfer paper.

The Arc mug press lever smoothly travels in an arc pattern that applies even pressure on the substrate's surface. With this simple adjustment,paper wrinkles are virtually eliminated and surface pressure is more even resulting in beautifully sublimated products.

In addition to the improved pressure lever, the Arc redesign features a universal dual digital display, updated adjustment screw for wrench-less adjustments, and improved anti-skid pads for production stability.
